The Keepers of Everamble

The Keepers of Everamble 0.1.11 (2026-10-21): Hearthwild is now The Keepers of Everamble. This release brings armour for every slot (players, guards and enemies alike), harder fights with stamina, arrows and a side roll, enemies that call their group, flee and come back, levels and a skill tree with mana and four spells, a boss quest against the Moss Growler with a storm night and three phases, a beach with a terraced cliff and the sea, fishing, berry bushes and fruit trees, children in the village, seasons that change every seven days, letterbox bars in cutscenes and many fixes. The game is now a content package: items, enemies, quests and spells come from data with Luau scripts. Because of the new name and app ID, install the game once anew; saves from older versions cannot be loaded.

In the game

Night falls: defend the hearth in the village square.

Step inside your house, rest in bed until morning.

Fell trees and mine stone; build walls, gates, towers and traps around the village.
Enemy camps and spider nests in the wild; at night they come for the hearth. Fight with sword and bow, light the way with torches.
Step inside your house, sit down or sleep in bed until morning.
Your look, gestures and several named save games.
Host a world for friends; the host decides who may change it (world keeper).

Open the file on the phone and allow installing from this source; the app is called Everamble. Installed a test version from this site before? Uninstall it first: those were signed with a different key (saved worlds on the phone are lost).

iPhone and iPad

iOS 15 or newer

Follows. Through TestFlight; the invitation follows.

All checksums: SHA256SUMS. Check a file with sha256sum <file>. Release data for the game’s update check: latest.json.

Play together

The host starts or continues a world, opens the pause menu and chooses Invite friends. The lobby shows a six-character invite code.
Friends choose Join friends on the start screen and type the code.

Host: open the pause menu, choose Invite friends and share the code or the invite link. Friends choose Join friends and enter the code, or pick your game under Nearby when you are in the same Wi-Fi. Everyone needs 0.1.11 to play together; from this version on the game updates itself again, and the host shares its content packages.

The host’s device runs the world: it has to stay in the game while others play. Everyone needs the same version.
